- Was established upon the
presidential decree 494/1979.
- Construction of 33623 housing units
at cities of Sadat - 6th of October - 10th of Ramadan - 15th
of May - new Cairo ( Kahira Elgidida) – Obour – New Domietta
( Domiat Elgidida ) – Badr – Cairo and Alexandria with total
cost of about LE 450 Million.
- Its project finance is through self
resource and cooperative credits.
- HFF shares with other authorities of
the Ministry in the state economic and community development
plan (since 1979) according to the demographic studies
and sustenance rates, in the light of Central Authority
of Public Mobilization and statistics (CAPMAS) statments.
- Finance of the construction of
26333 housing units for NUCA and CDA.
- 110 administrative units – 993 stores and 4 malls
including 490 stores – 11 service buildings at Nasr City and
Ameriya.
