It was established (decree48/1979) for execution of
the agreements with foreign governments, international organization for financing
low cost housing projects:-
• Design, construction and sale, for low income
groups of different types of low cost housing units.
• Upgrading, design of
improvements for existing houses in some housing agglomerations for
raising their standards and maintaining health, safety and
comfort.
• Provision of the new housing units (on
ownership basis) by soft loans and credit facilities.
• Support and organization of community
institutions and cooperative
societies. |
